Osoitteessa kokoontuu Jeesuksen verellä lunastettu Jumalan seurakunta. = 1 Kor. 12:27. 1 Tess. 2:14.
Olemme uudestisyntyneet Pyhästä Hengestä! Joh. 3:3-5. Parannusta tehden otimme upotuskasteen vedessä Jeesuksen Kristuksen Nimeen. Apt. 2:38.
Opinlähteemme on pelkästään
Raamattu ja sen esittämä apostolinen usko alkuperäisessä muodossaan.
Jos sattuisi tilanne, että joku
opettaisi kokouksessamme ohi Raamatun, niin sellainen ei olisi Jumalan
seurakunnan oppia. Seurakunnan oppi ei määrity sen mukaan, mitä vajavaiset
ihmiset kokouksessa puhuvat.
Opetuksemme lähde,
Raamattu, on muuttumaton! JA HUOM! Jumalan seurakunnassa ei
ole ns. ideologista sananopettajaa (opin suuntauksesta päättäjää), joka olisi
oikeutettu vaatimaan hänen opetuksiaan noudatettaviksi. – Esim. Luterilaisessa
kirkossa on ideologisena opettajana Luther, branhamilaisuudessa Branham,
lesatadiolaisuudessa Lestadius, jne.
– Me emme tahdo edes mainita
ihmisnimiä tai uskonsuuntia, paitsi ne, jotka ovat Raamatun sivuilla.
Raamatullisessa
seurakuntatoiminnassa opettajan viran saaneiden veljien tulee opettaa
uskovaisia pysymään apostolien ja profeettain opetuksissa, alkuperäisessä
kristinuskossa, ei omissa tai oppi-isiensä ihmisopeissa. Efes. 2:19-22 ja
4:11-15. – Opetuksesta vastaavien veljien kanssa tulee voida neuvotella
(Huom! Matt. 18:15-17) ja opettajien tulee sallia, että, että heidän
opetuksiaan arvostellaan ja koetellaan. Sen voivat tehdä toiset sanan
opettajat. – Jokaisen on tunnustettava,
että opetamme Raamatun asioita vajavaisesti, sen mukaisesti, mitä olemme
kyenneet omaksumaan Pyhältä Hengeltä.
Jumalan seurakunnan
toiminta ja opetus ei siis perustu tämän ajan ihmisten mielipiteisiin; eikä
heidän yhteisesti tekemiinsä päätöksiin tai kirjoitettuihin uskontunnustuksiin.
Opinmäärityksiä ei ollenkaan tule laatia. Meidän uskontunnustuksemme on jo
kirjoitettu. Se on Raamattu. ”Ei yli sen, mikä on kirjoitettu!”

Toimintamme rakentuu ”apostolien ja profeettain
perustukselle, kulmakivenä itse Kristus Jeesus” (Efes.2:20/ 1 Kor. 3:11).
Tällä opetuksella Raamattu tarkoittaa, että Jeesuksen itsensä tulee olla tässä
omassa seurakunnassaan kaiken opetuksen lähde ja perusta. Hän antoi opetuksensa
alkuajan apostoleille: ”kuinka me voimme päästä pakoon, jos emme
välitä tuosta niin suuresta pelastuksesta, jonka Herra alkuaan julisti ja
joka niiden vahvistamana, jotka olivat sen kuulleet, saatettiin meille,
kun Jumala yhdessä heidän kanssaan todisti tunnusmerkeillä ja ihmeillä ja
moninaisilla väkevillä teoilla ja jakamalla Pyhää Henkeä tahtonsa mukaan? (Hebr.
2:3-4). ”Hän johdattaa teidät kaikkeen totuuteen.” Joh. 16:13.
Alkuseurakunta sai
siis oppinsa Jeesukselta. Opetuslapset lähtivät levittämään sitä sanomaa. Mk.
16:15-20. Kaikki uudet uskoon tulleet ohjattiin sisälle tähän Jumalan hyvään
suunnitelmaan: ”…He pysyivät apostolien opetuksessa..” (Apt. 2:42). Samassa linjassa tulee meidänkin
pysyä. Noudatamme apostoleilta perimäämme uskoa! Olemme Turussa Jeesuksen ja
HÄNEN opetustensa ympärille kokoontunut lauma, ”jotka avuksi huutavat
Herramme Jeesuksen Nimeä!” (1 Kor. 1:2) ilman muita nimiä.
Kaikki uskonnolliset
ihmisopit on hylättävä. Kirkkojen- ja kirkkoisien tms. ihmisopetukset eivät ole
meidän seurakuntamme opetuksia. Olemme palanneet opissa ja elämässä aikaan,
jolloin kirkkoja ja uskontunnustuksia ei vielä ollut!
Seurakunta kaikkine
oppeineen oli valmis noin vuonna 100 jKr. Senaikainen tilanne on meidän
linjamme Turun Läntisellä Pitkäkadulla tapahtuvassa Jumalan seurakunnan
toiminnassa. Tämä Yhteyspaikka vastaa Apt. 19:9. mainittua ”Tyrannuksen
koulua”, jossa vääristä piireistä irrotetut uskovat kokoontuivat.
Jumalan Sanan
opetusta ei tule yrittää soveltaa apostolisen ajan jälkeen syntyneiden
uskonsuuntien sisälle. HUOM!!! – Tässä karkea esimerkki: Luterilaisesta
kirkosta ei tulisi Jumalan seurakuntaa, vaikka sinne ahdettaisiin kaikki
raamatulliset opit. Alkuperäinen Jumalan seurakuntahan ei ollut
luterilainen kirkko. Samoin on asia kaikkiin uskonsuuntiin nähden. Meidän on
pidettävä apostolinen usko alkuperäisten raamien sisällä ilman epäraamatullisia
ja uskovia toisistaan erottavia nimikylttejä. Muussa tapauksessa oikea
opetuskaan ei ole raamatullista. Oikea opetus on Oikeaa Totuutta vasta
sovellettuna raamatullisen seurakunnan käytäntöön. Sanojen ja tekojen tulee
pitää yhtä raamatullisten raamien sisällä!

Jumalan seurakunnan sisällä toimii apostolinen oppi
rakkauden kautta vaikuttavassa uskossa.
”… Kaikki katkeruus ja kiivastus ja viha ja huuto ja
herjaus, kaikki pahuus olkoon kaukana teistä. Olkaa sen sijaan toisianne
kohtaan ystävällisiä, hyväsydämisiä, anteeksiantavaisia toinen toisellenne,
niin kuin Jumalakin on Kristuksessa teille anteeksi antanut” (Efes. 4:29-32).

THE EXPLANATION
CONCERNING THE CHURCH OF GOD (ECCLESIA) IN TURKU, FINLAND
In the church of God in
Turku, that gathers and has its meetings in Sofiankatu, the Christians use only
the Bible as the book for the doctrine and the teachings of the Bible
concerning the original apostolic form. If somebody in Sofiankatu has possibly
taught beside the Bible that does not mean that it is the doctrine of the
church of God. In the church of God, that is, in the body of Christ, is the
only doctrine, that of the Word of God which is the Bible. This source of
teaching does not alter even though some teachers may teach in another way.
NOTE! In the church of God there is no such ministry as an ideological teacher
of the Word who would have the right to demand the Christians to follow his
teachings. The brothers who have received the ministry of the teacher have to
teach the believers to devote themselves to the apostoles’ and prophets’
teachings, in the original form of Christian faith, not to their own teachings
and opinions (Eph.4:11-15). And everyone must realize and confess that we teach
the matters of Bible only by understanding according to how far the Holy Spirit
has led us. This should be the way in every assembly on Christians.
The activity, working
and the doctrine of the church of God is NOT based nor has its foundations in
the opinions or decisions of today’s people neither in the human-made religious confessions of faith, like they are
in denominations. Official confessions of faith or definitions of doctrine must
not be established at all. You see: OUR CONFESSION OF FAITH HAS ALREADY BEEN
WRITTEN! IT IS THE BIBLE! “Do not go beyond what is written (1.Chor.4:6, also
Rev.22:18. 19).” Our working is structured and “built upon the foundation of
the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone
(Eph.2:20).” By this the Bible teaches that first of all Jesus himself is the
foundation and source of all teaching in His church. Secondly, Jesus later on
gave His teachings to the apostles of the early church: “How shall we escape,
if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the
Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him; God also bearing them
witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of
the Holy Ghost, according to his own will (Hebr.2:3-4)?”
Thus, the early church
received its essential foundational doctrine from Jesus. And everybody who
became a believer accepted it. “And they continued stedfastly in the apostles'
doctrine (Acts.2:42).” To that same apostolic teaching must the church of God
commit itself to the very end.
If you think somebody
has taught in a different way compared to the teachings of the apostles of the
early church, DO NOT RECEIVE SUCH TEACHINGS. That is not the doctrine of Christ
so it is not the doctrine of His church either. You, instead, teach the issue
in a more biblical way and make the point clear by the Bible in case you have
received the grace to be a ministry in teaching. The men involved in the work
of God are allowed to correct the brothers who are teachers in church BUT ONLY
by the Word of God, not by anyone’s own opinions or by those of denominations.
Every religious
human-made doctrine in these issues must be rejected. The teachings of the so
called ‘fathers of the church’ (after 100 A.D.) are not the teachings of our
church. We must be firm only in the word taught in the first century A.D; in
the word that the Holy Spirit has given us in the Bible. The church with its
doctrine was ideal and in the will of God by the century 100 A.D. The doctrine
taught in the church of God in Turku is in one accord with that of the early
church. This includes also the way of working, serving and the way of life.

We must not try to apply
the teachings of God’s word to denominations which were started after the
apostolic era. NOTE!!! Here is a blunt example: The Lutheran church would not
become the church of God that is ecclesia even though all the biblical
doctrines would be filled into it. The original ecclesia of God was not the
Lutheran church. The same fact goes as far as all the denominations are
concerned. We must keep apostolic faith inside its original frames. Otherwise
the right teaching is not biblical either. The right truth is the right truth
only when it is applied to the practice of the biblical church. The words and
the deeds must be in one accord inside the biblical frames!
Inside God’s church the
apostolic doctrine is working in faith, by faith and in love and by love. “…Let
all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put
away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted,
forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you
(Eph.4:29-32).”
